Reason We're Fat
Everbody wants to be thin and good looking, but with modern fast food chains popping up all around like zits on a teenagers face, it makes it really challenging to lose weight fast. Most of the fast food isn't bad for you unless its dripping pure fat or grease, its the serving size that is bad and what I believe is the cause of obesity in America. Over half the population including me in America is walking around with the muffin belly look. When I order food at restaurants, I'm certain I get enough to feed a small family with one serving, and with norm being super-sized, its hard to resist not eating it all so it doesn't go to waste. (The image below is not me but I definetely want to know where to get one of those.)
Now if you have a sit down job like me, things get even tough if your trying to lose weight or exercise. I think one year I gained like 30 pounds behind the desk, and it was pretty sick. Soon I developed back issues and pains, then people started poking me in the belly, then came the fat jokes from friends, coworkers and the family, then came the fat movies like Kung Fu Panda, Wall-E, Shallow Hal, Paul Blart, Norbit, and etc... All the while I was in denial refusing to believe I was totally overweight playing along with the jokes. Haha (grrr)
So then one day I put on my not so favorite baggy fat pants, and my new large pants don't fit, crap I thought to myself, I am so fat, really really fat. I'm definitely tired of buying new pants, so I decided its time for a Strict Diet Plan. I've been fat before, I lost weight before, I gained weight again and lost weight again just like a frigging Yo Yo. With years of experience gaining, losing, and experimenting with weight loss programs I think I have the answer to losing weight, so I built this web site to encourage me to lose weight and share with you the success on my Strict Diet Plan. So no more fast foods, (ya right), and no more sitting down on the job. (except for when I'm working).
